Robyn Black - interRai Coordinator and OT

Robyn Black is an Occupational Therapist coordinating and facilitating an exciting pilot project at Highlands House.

A Herzlia matriculant, Robyn qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2002.

Upon completing her community service year, Robyn moved to London where she developed her skills in 'Elderly Care' and 'Acute Medicine (adults)' in the hospital-based setting.

In July 2012 Robyn returned to Cape Town to establish her own Occupational Therapy practise focussing on addressing the functional difficulties experienced by adults and elderly people in their own homes, due to acute or chronic physical and / or cognitive impairments.

Robyn also works with shoulder surgeon, Dr Joe de Beer - educating and treating patients who have undergone rotator cuff repairs.
